computer wordpad purchase for rupees 16000 each one was sold at a gain of 5% and other at loss of 4% find the overall gain or loss percent in the whole transaction the answer is 1/2%gain and please send me solutions

and total pads=2
cp of each pad= 8000
profit on selling it=5%=
5%of8000=400
loss=4% of 8000=320
total gain=of rs 80
gain%=gain/CP ×100
=80/16000 ×100=1/2%
