Computers have outdated typewriters

By the early 80's, word processors were replacing typewriters only to be replaced by computers. I worked at law firms which generally tended to lag behind in terms of technology. We didn't get computers till the mid-90's. The 80ies were the last decade where the typewriter was in common use.
