Conc nitric and and sulphoric acid why does not give sulpo product with anisole

Answer: Conc. nitric and Conc. sulphoric acid does not give sulpo product with anisole because when anisole is reacted with Conc. nitric and Conc. sulphoric acid then it shows nitration and forms o-NO₂Anisole₃.
