H3O+ ion indicates the strength of acid. Concentration of the acid that is dilute and concentrate does not indicate the strength of the acid. For eg.- Dil. HCl is morre strong than Concentrate acetic acid.

When a acid becomes dil i.e. some amount of acid is added to water than their's no affect in numbr of H3O+ ion.

Hope i helped you.
