concentration of oxygen is more outside the cell as compared to inside. will the oxygen concentration inside and outside change with time? if yes where will it increase? if no, why not?

Yes it will increase inside the cell.Oxygen will diffuse through the cell membrane to the inside and hence its conc. will increase inside the cell
