Individual relationship is strong, deep/close association between two or more people that ranges in duration from brief to enduring. Association based on

inference, love, solidarity, support, daily business interactions or other social connections.  

Interpersonal relationships thrive through equitable and reciprocal compromise and are formed in context of social, cultural and other influences.  

Context changes from family or kinship relations, friendship, marriage, relations with employees, work, clubs, neighborhoods and temples.  

They could be controlled by law, custom or mutual agreement and basis of social groups and society.
