Eutrophication is the phenomenon when, the excess \: fertilizers are washed away by water, to the nearest water body and results in the development of algal bloom.. This process is eutrophication.

Biomagnification is the phenomenon when the non-biodegradable chemicals in the plant is intaken by the primary consumers and results in the multiplying of that concentration of non-biodegrable chemical 10 times in each trophic level.
