the idea of secularism has been cherished in the indian constitution according to which India will be a secular country i.e. it will not have any religion as state religion and the people will have the right to follow their own religion

India is a secular state. It does not follow any official religion. Here people are allowed to follow any religion of their choice
According to our Indian constitution people are free to manage their own religious sects
