To protect the rights of consumer and aware him about everything which should be known to an y customer.to protect the consumer from any frod or cheating there is a consumer protection

     Conclusion for consumer protection is that there is a council at the level of each district, state and the country.

     Consumer must know the product terms and conditions.  Seller must be fair.  False advertisements in TV and cinemas is not correct.  It can be challenged at the consumer forum, consumer courts.

     Consumer has rights while purchasing a product.  Right to use, right to information, right to challenge, right to access  etc.  Where consumer is given respect and proper treatment, that supplier will do good.
