Depression is the feeling of sinking deep into an ocean where you're all alone. You start to lose hope. For clinical depression, antidepressants can be used as an effective solution. Within six to eight weeks, their effects kick in and depression gets better. But for non clinical depression, counseling and therapy would be needed.
