Thus I conclude by saying that merchant of Venice is a famous play of Wlliam Shakespeare. In the play Bassanio had some financial problem but Antonio his Freind in Venice helped him out by lending money from a Jewish lender named Shylock. But at the end of the story tragic happens and Antonio was saved from the lender by Portia and Shylock lost half of his wealth .
