For instance, assume a body falling towards the earth, it will exert the force which causes it to accelerate towards the earth, therefore according to this law, the body exerts a force on earth as well and earth accelerates towards the body.

Conclusively, we say that the acceleration of the earth is too small to be detected as the mass of the earth is too larger than the mass of the body in the given instance, or as in generalization.
