Explanation:

The Indian constitution protects the rights of women , children , minorities and weaker section of socities , this step was taken inorder to develop the conditions of the above mentioned groups of people . This was a great step taken by the constitution as without these rights or laws still in india women would have suffered alot , weaker sections would have been neglected

As these steps are taken by the government now various events are being held inorder to protect all these sections of people . Now women and SC s and ST s are getting reserved constituencies which is making them to come out and actively participate in the democracy

only such will we be truly democratic and if conditions are improved well enough then we would not require these laws anymore . This also concludes that India is a true form of democratic including everyone without excluding anybody
