Answer :-

The regions is situated near the poles i.e. north pole and South pole are called polar regions the countries that belong to polar regions are Greenland ,Canada, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Alaska in USA and Siberian regions of Russia.

Climate in polar regions :- The climate in polar region is extremely cold the regions are covered with snow and it is very cold for most part of the year on poles .The sun does not rise for six months while for the other six months it does not set. animals living there have to adapt to these several conditions polar Bears and penguins are the main animals living in these regions and other animals such as musk oxen, reinders ,foxes, waves ,seals, fishes and birds are also found there.
