Answer:

in Assam Swadeshi movement was taken by plantation workers plantation workers were very disappointed in Britishers because they were not allowed to move freely in and out of the plantation site due to the inland emigration act of 1859 they were not permitted to leave the garden without permission and in fat they got permission very rarely so the plantation workers were moved by Mahatma Gandhi's idea of non cooperation and they defied authorities left plantation and headed home although they never reached because there were captured by police and beaten up to death

.

.

the conclusion of non cooperation in Assam was however negligible and rather better to be said that conclusion was a little sad

.

.

hope this helps.....
