In this poem, the poet William Shakespeare tells us about the difference between a friend and a flaterrer. friends help us in our difficult times while flateres only run for money. till the time you have money, flaterrer will support you. but due to some misfortune if the person loses his wealth then these flaterrers will start ignoring you. but friends will always be with you(in bad or good times).
