Agents of Gradation:

Gradation is the process in which land is leveled using natural agents like wind-water, river, glaciers, etc. Agents of gradation refer to those agents which help in the gradation.

Gradations are of two types:

  1. Aggradation,
  2. Degradation.

The agents of aggradation refer to the accumulation of substances to make a lower land higher. Rivers glaciers winds everything brings particles to help.

The agents of degradation erodes away substances to lower the ground. The same agents help to erodes a place. The conclusion is that agents of gradation help in leveling the land.
