Jagirdari System is the assignment of the revenue of the produce of the land.Among them the Afghans got a major share and it is stated that under Babur Afghans consumed one-fifth of the total revenue of the Mughal Empire at that time. It was after Babur that Jagirdari System was introduced.

jagirdas system was to assignments given back to the opponent of mughals as jagir or you can say watan to keep the place and give the revenue collected by them to mughals .They did not humiliate their opponents bu this system got distracted because of Autanzeb when shivaji maharaj came to him to accept his system so at that point of time Auranzeb insulted shivaji maharaj so this became an issue for the system of not humiliting their opponents start distracting and was not followed
