===>>WE CAN PROVE THIS WITH THE APHID EXPERIMENT. SCIENTISTS HAVE FOUND APHID THAT WAS SUCKING FOOD FROM THE PHLOEM THROUGH ITS PROBOSCIS. THEN THEY CUT THE APHID AND LEFT THE PROBOSCIS IN A BARK OF TREE. AND WHEN THEY TOOK IT OUT, THEY DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS SOMETHING LIKE HONEY ATTACHED TO THE PROBOSCIS OF APHID. AND WHEN SCIENTISTS EXAMINED IT THEY FOUND THAT IT WAS GLUCOSE. AND IT WAS GOING DOWN THE PHLOEM..!!
