basically light enteres in our eyes through a thin membrane called cornea and thus forms its image on Retina and send signals to brain and thus we are able to see....when there is no scataring of light it goes directly towards cornea whi h might effect our eyes and when refraction occurs the light enters with the requered energy which is not harmful to eyes
