Concrete consists of 3/2 parts of lime . 4 parts of gravel and 5/2 parts of sand. out of 480 kg of concrete;how?
much is lime?

3x2+4x+5x/2=480
when u will solve thia u will get
x=60 (if unable to solve please comment)
concrete is
3x/2= 3*60/2=180\2=90..
so ur answer is 90kgs

ImPRANJAL: its "x" and not multiplication.. so 3x/2 + 4x + 5x/2 as the weight of all is 480 so it will be equal to 480
ImPRANJAL: L.C.M would be 2.. 3x+8x+5x upon 2 =480
ImPRANJAL: 16x\2 = 480
ImPRANJAL: x=480/8... as lime 3x/2 so it will be 3*60/2 which is 90
