Physical Change

When steam ( water vapour ) cools down, it condenses to form water. The substance contained in both of them is the same. Also, water can be evaporated to form steam again, thus the change is reversible.

Hence the condensation of steam is a Physical Change.

Hi mate,

Here's your answer

Answer:

It is a physical change.

Explanation:

Because, Steam is basically vapours of water. When it is condensed, it leads to the formation of liquid water.

Here, there is a change in state which is reversible. So, it is NOT a chemical change.

Hence, it is a Physical change.

Hope it helps.
