THE NO. CAN BE A PERFECT SQUARE IS IT SHOULD BE THE PRODUCT OF A SAME INTEGER ....
MEANS 64= 8*8
HERE 8 IS INTEGER AND WHEN IT IS MULTIPLIED BY ITSELF THE NO. OBTAINED IS PERFECT SQUARE.....
AND THE SAME RULE FOR THE PERFECT CUBE....
BECAUSE....
IF WE MULTIPLY AN INTEGER 3 TIMES BY ITSELF IT WILL GIVE THE PERFECT CUBE....
