We know work done is product of force & linear displacement

with cosine angle of any object .

Mathematically ;

\displaystyle{W=F.s \ \cos\theta}

The value of cos theta is zero at theta is equal to 90°.

\displaystyle{i.e. \ \cos\theta\implies\cos \ 90=0}

Now ;

\displaystyle{W=F.s \ \cos90}\\\\\displaystyle{W=0}

Two more case :

When F or net force equal to zero .

Or when s or displacement equal to zero.

Hence , we get three case for work done to be zero.
