Conduct a survey in your locality. Talk to ten families who are well-off and ten who are very poor (in your estimation). Both sets of families should have children who are below five years of age. Measure the heights of these children. Draw a graph of the height of each child against its age for both sets of families. Is there a difference between the groups? If yes, why? If there is no difference, do you think that your findings mean that being well-off or poor does not matter for health?

Yes there is a big difference between their heights.

Explanation:

The reason is because of malnutrition, economic problems and stress.when body has no enough nutrients required for growth pituitary gland ceases the secretion of somatotrophin which is a growth hormone

Survey of the height of child (below five years of age) of ten well-off and ten poor families in a locality.

Explanation:

There is total of 10 children(below five years of age) in 10 well-off families and 11 children (below five years of age)  in 10 poor families (see 1st Image).

A Scatter graph is plotted (See 2nd Image). Where the age of children (Year) is taken in the X-axis and Height of children (inches) on the Y-axis. And the Trend line is drawn.

If we look carefully at both graphs, we can see that well-off family children are taller than poor families children.
