Based on a information collected by conducting a survey in the locality, the list of basic and local amenities available in a nearby housing society are as follows -  

Well constructed tar roads, all-time electricity, along with a generator that runs on diesel which can be used in times of power cuts, continuous running tap water, supply of drinking water in taps and as RO cans, 2 multi-speciality hospitals and 1 medical clinic, 3 pharmaceutical stores, of which 2 of them are available 24 hours, 3 - 4 popular schools.

Within a distance of 700 meters distance, there is a public ground which can be used for by senior citizens for walking, by youngsters for jogging, and also, for playing sports. There is a government swimming pool for the public, a public yoga centre, and a well-equipped gymnasium, all of which are being managed by the state government. There is also a Hypermarket, a supermarket, a vegetable market, a fruit market, a flower market, a milk booth, and 2 - 3 restaurants in the vicinity of the housing colony.
