conductance of the solution remains constant after neutralization point ,this can happens when weak acid is titrated against weak base conductometrically. because of the following type of reaction

CH_{3} COOH + NH_{4} OH  \rightarrow    CH_{3} COONH_{4}  + H_{2}O

according to the reaction after the neutralization point only ammonium acetate are present in the solution, which has smaller conductance thats why conductance remains constant .
