yes this is true because if we confess something the other guy gets to know that what we are thinking and their are many possibilities that the person will try to understand us as well as we are never in a guilt which can even ruin our life sometimes so it's best to confess and clear all the doubts and remember never regret for the decision u took and don't even apologize u can think before taking decision a number of times but once taken never step back ........
