Conflict between Indian and British rulers started from 1856 when Britishers turned themselves in rulers from traders. Awadh was the last empire they acquired. Use of cow and pig for making cartridges added fuel to fire. It was Mangal Pandey who raised his volume first against use of cartridge. This result in first freedom fight during 1857. Then struggle started from there and Britishers were robbing India since then. In 1911 Delhi was declared as Indian capital. Gandhi ji return back to India on January 09. His first act against the British rulers took place in 1917. A lot of incident like chora chori kand, Champaran kand, boycott, satyagraha took place in between years. But after the end of second world War Britishers were out of fuel and decided to leave. Lord Mountbatten was the one under whose governance India and Pakistan were divided on 14th and 15th August 1947. Lord Mountbatten was also the first governor of independent Indian.
