Conflict refer to some form of friction that nay led to misunderstanding among people.Conflict in a group often follows a specific course,group interaction is first interacted by an initial conflict often caused by difference in opinion,disagreement between members.At this point the group is no longer solid  hence creating many splits in the collision.Some of the reasons that conflict may arise are;Injustice,Distrust,Helplessness,superiority e.t.c.
