To win this conflict by the judgement of the election.These parties often do many agenda about the development of our country to attract the attention of people and to influence the people for voting them.

That's why sometimes these conflicts become main reason of the development goals.

Conflicting goals can be developmental goals for one person but it may be destructive for another person like if a large dam is created the contractors , industries and some other person are benefited from it but the person who have to leave their land are not benefited

from it.
