slope intercept form has 2 things: the slope and y-intercept.

When you look at the graph, the line intercepts with the y-axis at x=-1

when you move from that point you get -3/2

the equation is : y = -3/2x - 1

The second line: y = x + 5

The solution is the intersection point. They meet at (-2, 2)

Hope this helps :)
