Conjunctivodacryocystorhinostomy (CDCR) Definition: Conjunctivodacryocystorhinostomy is a procedure by which a fistula is created between the medial commissural conjunctiva in to the nasal cavity. A Pyrex glass tube (Jones tube) is placed within the fistula to keep it functioning.
