Answer:

The connecting link between Glycolysis and TCA cycle is

 \boxed{ \huge{ \red{ \sf{ \bold{Link \:  Reaction}}}}}

The end product of Glycolysis is Pyruvate.

The starting product of TCA cycle is Acetyl CoA.

So Link Reaction is a uni-directional responsible for conversion of Pyruvate to Acetyl CoA.

This Reaction is catalysed by an enzyme called :

 \boxed{ \large{ \blue{ \sf{Pyruvate \:  Dehydrogenase}}}}This enzyme has 3 sub-enzymes and 5 co-factors like FAD , NADH , TPP , CoA-SH , etc.

This Reaction converts 3C compound (Pyruvate) to 2C compund (Acetyl CoA)

➡ The connecting link between glycolysis and TCA is Link-Reaction.

 \underline{ \boxed{ \bold{ \mathfrak{ \pink{ \huge{Link \: Reaction}}}}}}

✏ Acetyl Co-A is the connecting link between glycolysis and TCA.

✏ Glycolysis occurs in the cytoplasm and results in formation of two molecules of pyruvate and is followed by a transition reaction.

✏ This reaction is occurs in mitochondrial matrix is then followed by TCA cycle which occurs inside mitochondria.

✏ Link reaction leads to conversation of Pyruvate(3C) into Acetyl Co-A(2C).

✏ Then Acetyl Co-A enters into TCA cycle.
