Hey !     Consecutive angles= 180 ⇒2x + 3x = 180 degrees ⇒5x = 180 degrees ⇒x = 180/5 ⇒x = 36 degrees  Hope this helps !

sum of the consecutive angels of a quadrilateral = 180°

2x+3x = 180°

5x = 180°

x = 180°/5

Therefore the value of x is 36°.
