1. Unplanned Transfer of People : People were asked to transfer without any  plan resulting mass killing, atrocities on children and women.

2. Communal Hotspot: Big towns like Lahore, Amritsar, Kolkata etc. became hate zone and communal riots took place at these places.

3. Refugee camp : People who transferred and had no place to live were shifted in temporary camps, without any basic facility, moreover insensible police and administration mishandled them.

4. Female atrocities : Women suffered a lot, they were raped, and forced to convert their religion.
