Yes it's true that conservation of resources is liteal for development because
We now that everything in world is not readable some resources are non renewable also..........
Like metals or fossil fuels it is limited only and people buy it also in high range........... But after buying they waste it which shows that they buy just fir their greed therefore we should conserve our resources so that our future generation can also use it
And it will also help in development of the county. Never waste resources by thinking free gifts from god......
