Consider 2 hollow concentric spheres s1 and s2 enclosing a straight charge conductor of length l and linear charge density lambda and a charge q [in between the spheres]. Find out the ratio of electric flux through them?

Electric flux Φ_E through a closed Gaussian surface around the  charge and conductor 
  = charge enclosed /ε 
  = (q + L * λ) / ε

So the electric flux is same through both hollow concentric surfaces S1 and S2.

The ratio = 1
