given,

(x + 5) ^ 2 + (y - 5) ^ 2 = 1 \\\\(x+5)^2 +(y-5)^2=1 \\\\(x-(5))^2 +(y-5)^2 =1

we know that circle equation

(x-h)^2 +(y-k)^2 =r^2

compare (2) and (3)

h=(-5)

k= 5

r=1

thus center of circle = (h, k)

= (-5 ,5 )

radius

r=1.
