The circular loop wire is lying on the plane of the table.

The Current is passing clockwise.

Thus, if we apply Right Hand Palm Rule No. 01, or Maxwell's Right Handed Screw Law, we get,

The direction of magnetic field outside the loop will be vertically upwards from the plane of the table and the direction of magnetic field inside the loop will be vertically downwards from the plane of the table.
