My answer is NO

According to me there will be no increase in the carbon dioxide in atmosphere in 24 hours because the amount of animals are going to remain the same and the carbon dioxide released by them is also going to remain the same and it is going to circulate in the environment for the next 24 hours. Hyperbolically speaking if there are no plants around the animals then it is not even possible for the animals to survive in those conditions due to less amount of oxygen present in the surrounding as, each and every animal is giving out the carbon dioxide which does results into the lack of Oxygen and we also know that excess of carbon dioxide in the body results into suffocation, so the animals can or better word to say is that they will die.
