consider a particle of mass m and change e moving freely in one dimension, between two particles Xi=0,xf=L .show that the energy spectrum is discrete and find the value of energy and wave function of this particle in nth side. (b) normalize the wave function obtained above and calculate the value of normalisation constant.
(c) if we reduce the allowed space for particle from L to L/2, that is if xi= 0, xf = L/2 , calculate the effect of this transformation on energy and wave function. kindly note you have to calculate normalized value of wave function.
can anybody do this?
