Relative humidity (∅) = 75% = 0.75

air temperature is 15 degree C

so based on the table at 15 degree C

P(sat) = 1.7057 kpa

∅ = 0.75 = p(v) / p (sat)

we will get,  

P(v) = 0.75 x 1.7057

P(v) = 1.2793 kpa

temperature value is = 10.6 degree C
