Consider a situation in which there are 10 small babies in a hospital. There is a baby suffering from loose motions, we can say that the cause of the loose motions is probably an infection. Q.1. From where does the infection come? Q.2. Why is it that one baby developed loose motions when the other babies did not? Q.3. Why is the baby not healthy? Q.4. Why is the baby not well nourished? Q.5. Why was there no clean drinking water for the baby?

  1. there could be many reasons of infection •firstly the reason would be baby's indigestion due to mother's feed secondly it might be because of whether conditions and poor hygiene would also be the cause of infection...
  2. the others baby's didn't got infection might be because they are fed hygiencally and with good care so there digestion is also well ..
  3. here it also applies same reasons as 1.and the reason might be baby's poor immune system.
  4. there would be many reasons like lack of knowledge that how to take care of baby or the parent might be poor .
  5. because the locality where they are living might be unhygienic..
