Heya,

Let p = i a +j b be the new vector.

So, we know there is a condition if vector is perpendicular to another then its dot product is 0.

f • p = 0

f • p = ( i a + j b) • (4i -3j)

0 = 4a - 3b.

on comparing with "p"

we get,

a = 3 and b = 4.

The vector is

P = 3 i + j 4
