Lets assume first is correct, then T=2 or 12 or 22

its never 2 , taking into consideration the n value as 8 since in option 1 in N position it is 8.

If N is 8 then 12-8=4 and O becomes 2, but here the value of U is 0 hence T wont be 12 then the only option is 22. If N is 8 then O is 7 ,

7+8+7=22.
