So which means

power of x =3

m²-1=3

m²=3+1=4 Therefore, m=2,-2

-2 is rejected as in 3x^m/2 If we put m=-2 then it will become -2/2 = -1 which result into no polynomial condition so its rejected. and 2 is the answer
