Consider the following data
ΔH° = −x kJ A(OH)3 + 4HCI →→ HACI4 + 3H₂O
A(OH)3 + 4HBr →→ HABr4 + 3H₂O AH° = -y kJ
A(OH)3 + 4HI → HAI4 + 3H₂O ΔH° = –z kJ (x, y and z are positive number)

Experiment I: 0.4 kJ is absorbed when one mol of HABr was mixed with 4 mol of HCI and % conversion of HABr4 into HACI4 is 5% (Hypothetical)
Experiment II: 0.8 kJ is released when one mol of HABr was mixed with 4 mol of HI and % conversion of HABr into HAI is 8%
If one mol of HAI is mixed with 4 mol of HCI and A conversion of HAI4 into HACI4 is 10% then in this process
1) 1.8 kJ heat is released

(2) 1.8 kJ heat is absorbed

(3) 1.2 kJ heat is released

(4) 1.2 kJ heat is absorbed
