Answer:

Because circuit is seires that means total voltage divided into two bulb means ach bubl 100-volt goes over it,and current both of them are equal, to find the amper of any bubl use to law——i=p/v

First bubl:0.6A=60/100.

Second bubl:1A=100/100.

So the first bubl requires 100 volts and 60 ampers to have the Mixmum brighter

But second bubl requires 100 volts and 1 amper to have the brighte.

So now the power of this circuit:

P(total)=p1+p2

Pt=60+100=160W

V(total)=200V

I(total)=Pt/Vt=160W/200V=0.8A

Because total ampers in circuit is equal 0.8A

Each bubl 0.8 amper goes over it because circuit is seires, Currently, the first buble has 0.8 amper, but it needs 0.6 amper, so it will be completely bright, and 0.2 amper will not be used.

and the second bubl is 0.8 amper on it but needs 1 ampere to completely clear but 0.2 amper are low so it birght less.
