Consider the following food chain:
Grass —> Grass Hopper —> Frog —> Snake —> Owl
Suppose all the frogs in the above food chain die; what will happen to other plants and animals in the
food chain?

Grasshoppers are eaten by frogs; Frogs are eaten by snakes, and snakes are eaten by owl. If all the frogs die from the given food chain, then no-one will eat the grasshopper, so the population of grasshoppers will increase.
